Method #1: Use of device manager

  1. Open Device Manager ( Right Click on My Computer and Select Device Manager)
  2. Expand the contents of controllers for Universal Serial Bus (USB).

If the problem persists, search the manufacturer’s website for the latest driver version. Before you proceed, however, note that you may end up causing instability issues on your computer if you install the incorrect driver. As such, using a trusted program such as Auslogics Driver Updater, we recommend automating the process.

Once this tool is activated, it recognizes your system and finds the latest and compatible drivers for your computer. What’s more, all driver-related issues in your OS will be addressed. So, once the process is complete, you can expect better speed and performance from your PC.
